Gwynnie Bee is seeking an experienced Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for and manage the accounting function of the company. In this capacity, the Controller will report to the Vice President of Finance and have close interaction with other members of our senior management team.

Detail:

  • Manage month-end close activities and accurate preparation of financial reports
  • Oversee the monthly close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

  • Self-starter with 7-10 years of experience analyzing data for the purposes of gleaning actionable insights that yield measurable results
  • Advanced degree in Statistics or other related quantitative discipline such as Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • Proficient in implementing statistical models and data mining tools, e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, logistic regression, multivariate regression, decision trees and neural networks
  • Proficient with one or more statistical software package, e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, SPLUS. Experience with R is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years SQL programming experience is essential
  • Experience in Online Marketing is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy group
