Meet Our CEO
Christine Hunsicker graduated from Princeton in 1999 and quickly rose to a leadership role as the President and COO of the start-up Right Media. Purchased by Yahoo! in 2007, she then joined Drop.io as COO, which was shortly thereafter acquired by Facebook. Armed with her instincts and experience, Hunsicker started Gwynnie Bee from her East Village apartment in September 2011 and officially launched the company in 2012. She conceptualized a subscription service that would revolutionize fashion—adding a new twist on the sharing economy.
In six short years, Hunsicker’s vision and dreams are in full swing with over four hundred employees and offices in New York City, Mountain View, Columbus, Bangalore, and New Delhi. Thanks to thousands of different styles and 150+ brands available at all times, a new apparel economy has been firmly established for Gwynnie Bee subscribers.
